SADDAM UPSET AT FALLING OFF "TOP TEN WORST DICTATORS LIST

Saddam Hussein is reported to be in a state of extreme depression upon learning that he has now fallen off the "Top Ten Worst Dictators " list compiled annually by journalist David Wallechensky.

The list includes such luminaries in the field of human oppression as Sudan's Omar al-Bashir, Libya's Moammar Khadafy, and Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah. Rankings are based on a variety of criteria including: suppression of religious expression, creative use of torture, skill at eliminating freedom of speech, and overall despicability.

Hussein is said to be upset that the list's author chose to disqualify deposed dictators from consideration.

"They give Emmy to show off air, give awards to dead persons. They cannot leave Hussein on list? Americans suck." said Hussein, refusing his meal of a cheesburger, fries, Diet Coke and a Twinkie for dessert.
