352 days ago, John Kerry promised, on national TV, to sign form SF-180 and release his military records. He has yet to do so in a complete and public manner.
224 days ago, John Kerry released some of his military and academic records to his biographer at the Boston Globe claiming to have signed form SF-180 allowing the release of his military records. This is not what has been asked of Kerry and he knows it.
